    2. TitanMind ensures that all employees and contractors handling user data are bound by strict confidentiality agreements to safeguard sensitive business information.

  2. Data Security Measures
    1. TitanMind implements industry-standard security protocols to protect user data, including:
      • Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using advanced encryption methods.
      • Access Control: Role-based permissions ensure that only authorized personnel can access certain data.
      • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Adds an extra layer of security to user accounts.
      • Regular Security Audits: Periodic security assessments to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.

  3. Data Breach Notification
    1. In the event of a data breach, TitanMind will:
      • Notify affected users within 24 hours of detection.
      • Provide relevant details about the breach and outline necessary remedial actions.
      • Take immediate corrective steps to mitigate the breach and prevent recurrence.
      • Cooperate with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) if required by law.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    1. TitanMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
    2. In no event shall the total liability of TitanMind to the user exceed the amount paid by the user for services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
    3. TitanMind is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disruption caused by third-party services or integrations that the user may choose to use in conjunction with the platform.
    4. TitanMind shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, technical failures, or network outages.

  5. User Responsibilities
    1. While TitanMind ensures data security, users are responsible for:
      • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
      • Restricting account access to authorized personnel only.
      • Promptly reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches to TitanMind.

  6. Compliance with Singapore Data Protection Laws
    1. TitanMind complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable data protection regulations in Singapore, ensuring the security and privacy of user data.
    2. Users must ensure that their use of TitanMind aligns with any specific regulatory or compliance requirements applicable to their business, particularly for regulated industries like healthcare and finance.

PSG Usage Report & Compliance Guidelines

  1. What Is a Usage Report
A usage report is a short record showing that your company has actively used the pre-approved software (such as TitanGig CRM) for at least one month after deployment. This report is required for PSG claims. It serves as proof to EnterpriseSG that the system has been implemented and is in use, not just purchased.
  1. When To Submit
  • The usage report must be submitted together with your claim on the Business Grants Portal (BGP).
  • Claims can only be submitted after at least one month of active software use.
  • All payments to the vendor must be fully completed before claim submission.
  1. What To Include In The Usage Report
Each PSG applicant should prepare and keep the following documents ready for submission or audit.

  • Screenshot of the system dashboard showing the company name or user ID
  • Screenshots of system activities such as lead management, quotation, invoice, or campaign pages
  • Screenshot of the active users list, if applicable
