TitanMind AI Solution – Customer Quotation & Risk Acknowledgment Agreement

  1. Introduction
    This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Client’s Name] ("Client") and TitanMind (Elementay Pte Ltd) ("Vendor"), governing the Client’s purchase and use of the TitanMind solution. By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges receiving and understanding the AI Risk Briefing provided by the Vendor.

  2. Scope of TitanMind Solution
    TitanMind AI is an AI-powered content generation tool that assists in marketing and sales content creation, including copywriting, visual asset generation, and campaign support.

  3. Risk Acknowledgment & Client Responsibility
    The Client acknowledges the following risks associated with AI-generated content:
    • Accuracy & Misinformation: AI-generated content may not always be factually correct and requires human verification.
    • Bias & Ethical Concerns: AI outputs may reflect biases present in training data, necessitating careful review.
    • Intellectual Property (IP) Risks: AI-generated content should be checked for originality using plagiarism detection tools.
    • Privacy & Data Security: Clients must avoid inputting sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information into the AI system.
    • Regulatory Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with relevant legal and industry regulations.

  4. Client Confirmation & Acknowledgment
    The Client confirms that:
    • They have reviewed the TitanMind Risk Brief in the Titangig.com webpage, or an online/in-person session.
    • They understand the potential risks of using AI-generated content and agree to follow best practices to mitigate these risks.
    • They assume full responsibility for verifying, editing, and ensuring compliance of AI-generated content before publication.

  5. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
    The Client agrees that TitanMind AI and its Vendor shall not be held liable for any legal, reputational, or financial damages arising from the use of AI-generated content. The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Vendor against any claims resulting from the use or misuse of TitanMind AI.
    By using TitanMind, the Client acknowledges the inherent risks associated with Generative AI, including but not limited to inaccuracies, biases, potential IP infringement, and privacy concerns. The Client agrees to:
    1. Review & Validate Content – Ensure all AI-generated materials meet company standards and comply with legal requirements before publication.
    2. Exercise Human Oversight – Implement manual review processes to refine AI outputs where necessary.
    3. Manage Compliance & Privacy – Avoid inputting confidential information and comply with relevant industry regulations.

    Accept Responsibility – The Client assumes full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

PSG Usage Report & Compliance Guidelines

  1. What Is a Usage Report
A usage report is a short record showing that your company has actively used the pre-approved software (such as TitanGig CRM) for at least one month after deployment. This report is required for PSG claims. It serves as proof to EnterpriseSG that the system has been implemented and is in use, not just purchased.
  1. When To Submit
  • The usage report must be submitted together with your claim on the Business Grants Portal (BGP).
  • Claims can only be submitted after at least one month of active software use.
  • All payments to the vendor must be fully completed before claim submission.

Each PSG applicant should prepare and keep the following documents ready for submission or audit.
